This is an update to the servers and technology that provide you with the Allscripts client interface. There are no changes to the application services, and the applications launched here will connect you to the same environment as the current web site.
Using the latest version of Remote Desktop services should increase reliability, reducing disconnects and application freezes caused by connection problems.
Allscripts hosted ProSuite will be moving to a new data center, and customers using this new site will be the first to move. You will receive notification when this is going to occur.
The color scheme of this new environment uses is the more modern look Microsoft uses in Windows 10. Some windows may have a different appearance than you are used to. This is to be expected and should have no functional impact.
If you have access to multiple organizations with ProSuite hosted by Allscripts, you may have several groups of icons available to you. This icons are now organized by folder, and the Up icon will take you to a list of folders to choose from. Most users will have access to only one folder of icons, and the Up button will have no affect.
